Hey there, I'm Beck! As strange as it sounds, I'm a poet with a passion for process. I believe that empowering users gets users excited about product, and that user advocacy starts at the beginning of the development lifecycle. To me, docs-as-code means dedication to great documentation architecture, immaculate user resources, intuitive training, and most importantly — wrapping documentation and feature storytelling into the definition of done.
